Hello, my organization (a university) is organizing a course and we will sponsor a student from Kenya to attend the course in Lima-Peru in May. Can you advise 1) which documents will be needed and 2) if she can submit the documents online or via email or if she has to go to the Embassy for the interview. Any advice you have would be appreciated. Also any advice on the timing of approval once the documents are submitted would be helpful. This would help us determine whether we have the time to do this.

Hello, my organization is hoping to sponsor someone from Nigeria to attend a conference in Peru in October. I understand that this individual would need to travel to Kenya (obtain an e-visa for Kenya) and complete this process at the consulate there. Can you advise 1) which documents will be needed and 2) if she can submit the documents online or via email in advance and then travel to Kenya for the interview. The concern is that she would submit her documents in person and then would need to stay in Kenya indefinitely until she received an appointment.
