I am planning to travel to Nairobi, Kenya to attend the WYMM Summit: MEAI, a genomics summit organized by Oxford Nanopore Technologies, taking place from 13-14 October 2025. I would kindly like to request clarification on the visa requirements for Nigerian citizens traveling for this purpose. Could you please advise on the following: Do Nigerians require a visa or Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) in advance, or is visa issued on arrival for summit attendees? If a visa or ETA is required, what is the current fee for a single-entry visa or equivalent entry permit for business/conference travel? What documents are needed (e.g. invitation letter, proof of accommodation, onward/return flight ticket, etc.)? How long the visa processing takes — how far in advance I should apply to avoid any delay. Any specific health or vaccination requirements for entry (e.g. Yellow Fever, etc.).     Final step to getting the VIsa application form finished. However, the payment system won't work. Have been trying 4 times with all the different cards we own (which are obviously valid and working). There's no such thing as an RRN code. what do we do?
